She received a Master’s degree in Korean Language and Literature from Sogang University. She began her anthology work by winning an award in the Safety House Story Contest with her short story 「A Visitor with a Woman’s Face」. In 2022, she won the Excellence Award at the 10th Kyobo Bookstore Story Contest with her novel 『Terrarium』.
