“There are many legal films and television shows, but there are rarely any that tell the stories beyond the courtroom, such as what kind of conversations judges have among themselves in their chambers, what judges give a lot of thought to, and what kind of people judges are in general. In fact, judges are often portrayed as people who sit stoically on the bench, banging their gavels. I wanted to depict the various conflicts prevalent in this society and also tell honest stories about judges who adjudicate such disputes.” ( Miseu Hammurabi (미스 함무라비 Miss Hammurabi), Munhakdongne, 2016)
