International Exchange Grants
[Grant Information] Who can apply for the International Exchange Grants Program?
Both individualsand organizations in Korea and abroad may apply if they are planning events oractivities promoting Korean literature for overseas readers. Eligibleapplicants may include writers, translators, literary festivals, universities,publishers, literary agencies, and other Korean literature-relatedorganizations.

[Grant Information] What kinds of projects are eligible for support?
The programsupports various online and offline activities promoting Korean literature,including author events, literary festivals, promotional content production,and marketing activities related to translated Korean literature.
Projects thatoverlap with other LTI Korea grant programs or receive funding from otherKorean public institutions for the same or similar project may not be eligible.

[Application Method] How can I apply for the grant?
Applicationsmust be submitted online through the KLWAVE platform. Applications submitted byemail, mail, or in person will not be accepted.

International Exchange Grants
[Grant Scope] What expenses are eligible for support?
The grant maysupport certain direct project-related expenses such as professional servicefees, promotion and advertising costs, venue rental, airfare, accommodation,per diem, and local transportation.
Please note thatorganizational applicants are generally required to provide self-fundingequivalent to at least 20% of the total project budget.

[Selection and Procedure after Selection] How is the grant paid?
In principle,the grant is paid in two installments: the first installment after the signingof the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), and the second installment after thesubmission and review of the final report.

[Selection and Procedure after Selection] How can I submit a Content Modification Request?
If there arechanges to key project details, applicants must submit a Content ModificationRequest through KLWAVE. Any modifications are subject to review and approval byLTI Korea in accordance with the program guidelines and internal reviewprocedures.

[Final Report] How can I submit the final report?
The final reportmust be submitted online through KLWAVE within 60 days of the completion of theproject. You may submit the report via: KLWAVE → My Page → Program Management
